From the moment
we receive a business proposal, we
start using all our resources, more
precisely, we start spending time
and money on the venture. Therefore,
we are very thorough and careful in
our selection process. Every
proposal received is assigned to a
financial analyst who study it based
in our company's requirements. |
|
|
|
Every venture we
receive has to
got through our "Venture
Capital Review Process"
before we even
consider investing and raising funds
for it. This process is totally
confidential and the data and
information received is kept
completely safe within the company. |
|
|
|
Our Venture Capital
Review Process is as follows: |
|
|
|
Phase 1: |
After filling out our Initial
Online Request Form, we
ask you to send us an executive summary
for the proposal (if you do not have
one, you can use the template we
provide in our web). |
|
|
|
Phase 2: |
In just a few days, our professional
analyst filters and selects the
projects that could fit our
requirements. |
|
|
|
Phase 3: |
If initially selected, our financial
analyst will contact you
to ask for a full business plan
(template included in our web). |
|
|
|
Phase 4: |
Once the business plan is received, we analyze the
project in detail using our own
econometric analysis tool
CBAM (Comparative
Business Analysis Matrix). |
|
|
|
Phase 5: |
If the project passes phase 4, then
in parallel, we: - Identify
capital requirements -
Prepare a funds raising campaign
- Ask and research for
supporting documents: Videos,
studies... - Negotiate a
financial and legal agreement with
you, the venture owner |
|
|
|
Phase 6: |
Once the agreement has been signed,
we: - Initiate the funds
raising campaign - Appoint a
small project team of
professionals from both sides to
control and achieve
the objectives established. |
